Pretty

I made this "Pretty" page for the Love My Tapes March recipe challenge. 

The recipe is to use each of the following on your page:

1.  Use a negative(s)      

(I used the negative cutout for the word "Pretty")

2.  Use 5 different washi tapes     

(I used 5 different washi tapes behind the title word)

3.  Use ONE word    

(PRETTY... I didn't count my journaling, but I think that is okay...)

4.  Use handstitching     

(In the middle of the large yellow flower)

5.  Use an envelope     

(I cut off the tops of 2 DCWV 3" mini envelopes, outlined them, and used them for my arrows)

Snow day

This was a page I made just for fun! I took these pictures of my kids really close to Valentine's Day and thought it would be fun to incorporate some of that into this page!

Supplies used: SS, EP and PC paper, EP stickers, Other: bling, Silhouette, SU punches

You color my world

Today over on the CK Blog they had a 1 hour challenge to create a layout using a Dr. Seuss quote. I knew right away which one I wanted to use for this picture of my daughter expressing her love for colors!

 I also used this sketch by Ashley Horton as my inspiration:

 Ashley does a monthly sketch challenge on the CK Blog and it is always one of my favorites to play along with! She also had a twist to use fun spring colors, so this worked out just perfect with my page! Click here for more details.

DCWV March Stackaholic Challenge

DCWV has a monthly Stackaholic Challenge where you can do a layout, card or both! I chose to do the card this month and I love the result! Here is the sketch:
