WCMD #4 at SNS

This is our last card sketch for this month at Sketch N Scrap. We have loved seeing all the creativity from everyone! Our last sketch is by Lisa Hidy and it has a fun slant on it!

I wanted to stay true to this sketch and make a wedding card. I used Simple Stories paper.

Welcome to week #3 of card sketches at Sketch N Scrap! Every Friday we will be bringing you card sketches in addition to our normal monthly sketches! Get ready for a ton of inspiration!

Oct SNS layout sketch

Sketch N Scrap has a new layout sketch up on their blog today! 

 

I love how the photos stretch all the way across the page! I used 2 photos instead of 3 for my 8.5 x 11 page. You could use one long panoramic or even more than 3 smaller photos! 

 I tried to capture how much my son loves when I make homemade pizza! Such funny pictures! Hope you can stop by for some fun at the Sketch N Scrap blog this month!

This is our 2nd Friday at Sketch N Scrap where we are celebrating World Card Making Day! We are showing you some of our favorite sketches and hope you can play along with us! Today we have a sketch by Mandy Reedyk:

I really liked the grouping of 3 squares, so I used that as my starting point when I made my card.

Fall is here and I wanted to make a card to send to a friend. I used Bella Blvd's "Hello Autumn" collection and Stampin Up's "Falling Leaves" stamp set. They went so well together!

This was Sketch N Scrap's first ever card sketch from back in May of 2013! We also brought back Lydia Jimenez to be our guest designer. 

Here is my card!

 I didn't intend on making this look like a camera, but when I looked at the main shape I had behind the title, I thought it would be fun to do! I love when things go in a different direction than you planned and turn out even better than you thought!

I love the wavy sentiment! It reminded me of a banner, so I made this fun birthday card!

Isn't that owl and little bird on his head cute? It is from an Echo Park collection called, "Fine & Fancy".
