Issue Challenge #9

I made this layout today for the Issue Challenge #9 on the CK Blog. The challenge this week was to create a layout, card or altered something that "pen outlines" 2 or more elements. 

 I chose to outline my title block, the "notes" section, the circles behind the flowers, and then each page around the edges. 

There was also a twist on this challenge to break up one busy paper that you love into smaller pieces. I chose the flowered paper and used it for the circles, the banner behind the title, and the border across the bottom. 

Supplies used: Patterned paper and stickers: MME, Prima flowers, SU scalloped punch, bling
